📋 Description

• Oversee projects and serve as a client manager for airport design and construction projects • Provide mentoring to junior staff and lead QA/QC efforts • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with airport sponsors and aviation agencies • Collaborate with leadership to drive growth within targeted markets • Participate in industry organizations and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field • PE License • 8+ years' experience in the airport design and/or construction field • Airport design, construction administration, and project management experience • Strong knowledge of FAA advisory circulars related to airport design and FAA grant process • Strong computer skills • Ability to lead and mentor existing staff and develop new staff as needed • Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment
