📋 Description

• - Provide expert technical support to maintain the client application • - Provide support for development, enhancements, accessibility, integration, optimization, and maintenance • - Ensure availability and correct operations • - Work within a sprint-based development cycle • - Utilize knowledge of the AWS cloud environment, Python backend and TypeScript front-end

🎯 Requirements

• - 5 years of experience in digital accessibility • - Bachelor’s Degree (3 years of additional experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree) • - Experience supporting user experience design and digital accessibility for public-facing web applications • - Expertise with Section 508 compliance and WCAG standards • - Proficiency with accessibility testing using manual and automated methods and tools • - Proficiency with UX design tools • - Experience with documentation of UX and accessibility findings and recommendations • - Experience with usability evaluations • - Experience working within Agile teams
