📋 Description

• Perform and document requirements analyses • Coordinate with business owners to draft procurement request documentation, including statements of work or performance work statements and IGCEs • Conduct and document alternatives analyses and market research • Conduct and document procurement risk assessments • Prepare and implement procurement strategies while ensuring compliance with appropriate guidelines • Develop Capital Planning and Investment Control documentation • Manage the Capital Planning and Investment Control Process in accordance with OMB Circular A-11 and applicable DHS instructions

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree preferably in finance or accounting • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office required • 10 years of demonstrated experience required • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities • Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills • Exceptional writing ability • Able to work in a team-oriented environment and independently • Takes ownership of projects and prioritizes assignments • Ability/willingness to travel to Washington, DC occasionally • Eligibility to receive DHS suitability required; current DHS suitability preferred • Applicants must be U.S. citizens or currently authorized to work full-time in the United States • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination • Sponsorship is not available
