📋 Description

• Provide preventative maintenance and repair services on Arjo medical equipment at hospitals in Western North Carolina • Perform maintenance, repairs, installations, upgrades, and in-servicing at customer medical facilities • Diagnose technical issues and prepare repair cost estimates for customer-owned medical equipment • Assist the Sales team with joint calls, in-services, sales leads, demonstrations, and trade show setup • Grow Service Contracts revenue through service contracts and renewals • Follow company, customer, health and safety, and regulatory requirements • Complete and submit accurate reporting • Manage spare parts inventory • Drive daily to customer medical facilities • Build customer relationships and identify growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Associate’s Degree in an Electrical or Mechanical field preferred • Repair and maintenance experience with electromechanical equipment • Electrical and mechanical assembly • Training and/or certifications preferred • Sales experience preferred • Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull 75 pounds • Must reside in or near Lenoir or Wayne County • Ability to perform 40% overnight travel • Daily driving to customer locations
