📋 Description

• Enter new customer orders received via email, online forms, or internal notes • Verify order details including customer information, part numbers, quantities, and pricing • Update order changes, cancellations, and corrections in a timely manner • Cross-check information against quotes, price lists, and inventory data • Communicate with sales, parts, and logistics teams to resolve order issues • Maintain clean and accurate electronic records of orders and customer information • Support basic order status updates and documentation as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ year of data entry, order entry, or administrative experience preferred • Experience with order management systems, ERP, or CRM tools is a plus • Comfortable working with numbers, SKUs, and product information • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
