• Managing the Alberta Quotes Inbox, ensuring correspondence is directed to appropriate team members and departments. • Process and track orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and proactive communication with customers regarding potential delays. • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and compliance with company standards. • Prepare order confirmations, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Armstrong's processes. • Act as the main contact for customer inquiries and concerns, offering timely solutions and support throughout the sales cycle. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent industry experience. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sectors. • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Experience with CRM systems and managing customer-related data and sales documentation. • Basic understanding of sales processes, manufacturing operations, and supply chain management. • Familiarity with inventory management and logistics coordination is an advantage.
