• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. • Proven success in medical sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • A minimum of three years' sales experience, ideally selling business-to-business products or solutions. • Experience within the healthcare industry, including familiarity with operating room and outpatient clinic environments. • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a variety of stakeholders. • A proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to take ownership and drive results. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. • Strong learning agility, with the ability to quickly absorb technical and clinical information. • Excellent organizational and process management skills, with a high level of attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing demands, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
