📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client matters and lead successful eDiscovery project execution • Partner with clients to understand business and case requirements and recommend appropriate eDiscovery solutions • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop project plans, timelines, and delivery strategies • Monitor project execution to ensure deliverables meet scope, quality standards, and deadlines • Provide regular project updates, reporting, and communication throughout engagements • Support client use of Relativity and related technologies by troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance • Investigate and resolve issues related to hosted or delivered client data while maintaining data integrity and availability • Process client data using Relativity Processing and related workflows • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project success and client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing eDiscovery or litigation support projects • Demonstrated experience working directly with clients in a consultative or project management capacity • Experience supporting eDiscovery workflows and technologies • Experience managing or supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of eDiscovery matters in RelativityOne, Relativity Server, or both • Experience with processing workflows, review readiness, productions, quality control, issue resolution, and coordination with technical teams • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Experience with EverLaw is a plus • Experience supporting hosted review environments • Experience managing complex litigation, investigation, or regulatory matters • Experience driving process improvement initiatives • Familiarity with deduplication, load file management, processing exceptions, and production workflows • Availability outside standard business hours occasionally to meet client deadlines • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States • Successful completion of a background check
