📋 Description

• Lead financial systems discovery initiatives across AHI on behalf of Finance • Evaluate financial software, tools, and workflows supporting insurance operations • Oversee vendor evaluation, RFPs, and system selection • Serve as the AHI team lead for innovation and AI application • Serve as liaison between Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams • Ensure systems align with compliance, controls, and GAAP requirements • Partner with Brown & Brown enterprise Finance and Technology teams • Support system implementations and post-implementation optimization • Assist in preparation of business cases and ROI analysis • Collaborate with Program Management on planning, resourcing, and prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field • 10+ years of experience in financial systems or finance transformation roles • Insurance industry experience (carrier, brokerage, MGA) strongly preferred • Experience leading system evaluations and implementations • Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance
