📋 Description

• Develop and execute global sourcing and category strategies delivering value, cost savings, and long-term business benefits • Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, onboarding, governance, and ongoing performance management • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with business priorities and strategic objectives • Drive supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across indirect categories • Identify and implement innovative procurement solutions improving total cost of ownership, productivity, and operational performance • Lead and develop procurement talent while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field • Master’s degree preferred • 10+ years of experience in indirect procurement and category management within a global manufacturing environment • Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and deliver measurable procurement value • Strong analytical skills to translate market intelligence, spend data, and business requirements into actionable strategies • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills in an international environment • Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and passion for continuous improvement • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of developing teams and driving results
