📋 Description

• Build and grow the CEO's personal LinkedIn presence alongside ASC Global's thought leadership strategy • Meet regularly with the CEO and internal experts and turn their opinions, experience and market observations into publishable content • Track trends in AI infrastructure, data centres, semiconductors, component shortages, EOL products, MRO, energy infrastructure and supply-chain disruption • Develop clear points of view on industry trends • Analyze ASC's internal data to identify proprietary trends while protecting confidential customer information • Produce industry reports, articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, carousels and video concepts • Create compelling headlines and hooks for executive audiences • Repurpose major reports into campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, the website, email and other channels • Track followers, engagement, website traffic, inbound enquiries, RFQs and revenue generated by content • Manage and mentor a Junior Content/Social Media Coordinator • Coordinate freelance video and design talent

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of B2B content, editorial or thought leadership experience in a technical industry • Relevant industry experience in semiconductors, electronic components, data centres, AI infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, aviation or similar • Strong writing and editing skills, making complex subjects clear and compelling • Interviewing skills and ability to draw out subject-matter experts' thinking • Research-driven and curious approach to industry news • Experience ghostwriting or building an executive's personal brand • Commercial mindset focused on pipeline and revenue • Ability to work directly with leadership and own a strategy end to end • Ability to link 2-3 samples of technical B2B content written, such as a report, article or executive LinkedIn posts • Nice to have: exposure to procurement, supply chain or the independent distribution market • Nice to have: experience producing data-led reports or market research • Nice to have: familiarity with LinkedIn analytics, CRM attribution and email platforms
