📋 Description

• Manage annual customer renewals for Startup accounts with up to 100 employees • Manage month-to-month customer subscriptions and contract questions • Navigate pricing and negotiation discussions with empathy and tact • Lead the renewal process, ensuring timely and successful renewals aligned with business and customer needs • Build and maintain customer trust, proactively addressing concerns throughout the customer lifecycle • Handle customer outreach, generate order forms, and maintain CRM records • Communicate contract terminology clearly to customers • Identify opportunities to support growing startups and identify high-growth accounts • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to engage the right resources, maximize customer growth, and drive expansion and renewal • Develop rich product knowledge to support customer conversations about Ashby’s recruiting software

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in a combination of sales, customer success, and renewal management • Proven ability to drive contract renewals and enhance customer relationships • Expertise in pricing and negotiation discussions • Ability to lead timely and successful contract renewals • Ability to build and maintain customer trust and address subscription concerns • Ability to manage high-volume administrative work, including customer outreach, order forms, and CRM maintenance • Understanding of contract terminology and ability to communicate it to customers • Attention to detail, fact-checking, and record-keeping across multiple systems • Adaptability and continuous learning • Excellent communication skills over phone and email • Strong public speaking skills • Ability to navigate high-pressure situations professionally • Ability to work autonomously and manage one’s schedule • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success • Empathy, transparency, and solutions-oriented problem solving • Ability to work remotely full time
