📋 Description

• Input, set up and maintain client, customer and/or agent information for company policies, products or services • Maintain customer accounts by processing premium payments and/or delinquent premiums through direct or automated payment • Research, analyze and resolve exception items from reports, Outsourcing Centers, Account Executives, phone calls, correspondence, clients and client systems • Obtain critical information and handle complex, time-sensitive issues • Manage and work client mailboxes within established guidelines, recognizing urgent issues for completion within 24 hours • Complete refund check research • Handle customer service calls from clients, outsourcing centers and internal departments • Assist in leading projects by gathering and analyzing data to achieve results • Participate in conference calls with clients, internal departments and outsourcing centers for process improvements, project implementations and resolution of complex issues • Work under pressure to meet or exceed deadlines and maintain client expectations • Adapt to changing procedures and client needs • Organize and prioritize workload • Identify trends and develop analysis • Apply intermediate skills and begin developing advanced skills in procedures, processes and techniques

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of customer care, research, mortgage servicing/hazard insurance or related experience in an office setting (preferably in a production environment) • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • High school diploma or GED • Working knowledge of Blackknight, Trackall and Smartflow systems • Basic MS Office skills, including Word and Excel • Knowledge of Lender Placed applications and Mortgage Banking applications, such as TrackAll and LPS • Lender Placed knowledge • Ability to work Monday through Friday during 7:00 am to 4:00 pm EST or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST • Ability to work overtime weekly and/or Saturday hours as workload demands • Employment contingent upon completion of a required identity verification process, which may include biometric technology where permitted by law
