📋 Description

• Oversee all commercial aspects of Audio Visual projects • Act as the client’s primary contact with Astreya • Manage the project’s budget and schedule requirements both externally and internally • Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints • Coordinate invoicing and assist in collecting accounts receivable • Travel and out of town stays are required in this position • Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets and provide updates as required • Communicate project process and status through regular project logs, reports and updates • Manage project scheduling and staffing with in-house and subcontracted labor • Oversee onsite project teams ensuring projects schedules are adhered to • Ensure that final documentation packages are prepared and contract close-out occurs in a timely manner • Perform other activities and assume further responsibilities as projects demand and/or as directed by the immediate Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience in a project management role • PMP Certification • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ Years Project Management experience leading project teams, resolving conflict and meeting schedule timelines. • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, documentation). • Self-starter who is able to quickly learn new tools and gain familiarity with new processes and technologies with minimal assistance. • Experienced at creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project / process documentation. • Demonstrate observational and analytical skills, including ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to track and report metrics, and manage risks.
