📋 Description

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions • Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools • Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate user needs • Optimize application performance, ensure security and reliability • Identify and resolve technical challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development • Proficiency in full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript environments, specifically the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js) • Demonstrated ability to use AI-augmented development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) • Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases • Familiarity with search indexing and vector search (e.g., MongoDB Atlas Vector Search) • Deep experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) • A security-first mindset regarding data protection • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Previous experience in a startup/scale up environment
