• Strategic calendar management: prioritize and schedule effectively to optimize executive time • Create systems for clarity in complex situations and implement Atlas EMS • Streamline inboxes and manage correspondence using emotional intelligence • Anticipate needs, manage diverse projects, and coordinate travel arrangements with attention to detail • Gather and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations to support executive decision-making • Serve as an executive buffer: handle routine matters independently and maintain confidentiality • Provide personal support: gifts, restaurant reservations, personal appointments and other personal errands • Thrive in a fast-paced remote environment, balance multiple priorities and continuously seek feedback and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Near-native level of English proficiency in speech, writing and reading • At least 2 years of business experience in operations, administration, executive assistance, or other client-facing roles • Background examples: Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Project Coordinator, Account Manager, or similar positions • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, ideally in a start-up context • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to thrive under pressure • Willingness to align work hours with US time zones • Proactive, resourceful, high standards, discretion and confidentiality
