📋 Description

• Build robust, scalable cloud applications that transform how information is handled at work. • Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable cloud services and microservices architectures (backend-focused). • Develop backend systems primarily written in Go and operate in Kubernetes on AWS. • Work across the stack where key components converge and collaborate on integrations (e.g., SSO/IdP like Okta). • Collaborate with a remote engineering team via GitHub code reviews, Linear for task tracking, and CoScreen for sessions. • Produce documentation in Markdown and contribute to engineering best practices. • Work with technologies including full-text search, ML, and NLP systems to deliver enterprise features. • Contribute to meaningful projects, mentor peers, and help shape product and architecture decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• A strong understanding of core computer science principles, including algorithms, data structures, operating systems, distributed systems, networking, and concurrent programming. • At least 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining highly scalable cloud services and microservices architectures. • Proficiency in multiple programming languages; Golang experience is required. • Experience working in a Kubernetes environment, within AWS, Azure or GCP. • Comfort working across the stack, with a focus on backend systems where key components converge. • Experience building applications for large enterprises, with familiarity in SSO/IdP systems like Okta. • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal documentation and established processes. • A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity to tackle complex challenges. • Excellent communication skills for working effectively within a remote team. • Application requires valid LinkedIn and GitHub profiles (required by application form).
