📋 Description

• Own project delivery end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and process • Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects to ensure completion on time and within budget • Build, document, and continuously improve project management systems and processes across Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO, and other service lines • Own project budgets and partner with finance to analyze project and client profitability • Own resource and capacity planning across multiple concurrent projects and teams • Identify staffing gaps or bottlenecks before they become delivery risks • Work with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plans aligned to client needs and internal capacity • Train teams on processes and drive adoption • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and smooth handoffs • Communicate project status clearly and proactively to stakeholders • Connect project execution to company goals and agency-level outcomes • Participate in interview stages including budget analysis, prioritization, or process-design exercises

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management • 5+ years in an agency setting, ideally across multiple service lines (Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO) • Demonstrated experience building or overhauling project management systems and processes • Strong financial acumen, including analyzing budgets, margins, and project profitability • Experience with resource and capacity management across multiple concurrent projects • Clear point of view on how project work should be run, with confidence to advocate for it • Asana experience required • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and team leadership skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and AI tools for productivity • Experience with cloud-based hosting platforms and version control tools • Strong written and spoken English communication skills • Experience managing PM systems for higher education, nonprofit, or healthcare clients is a bonus • Prior experience formally training teams on PM methodology is a bonus • Experience presenting financial or project performance data directly to leadership is a bonus • Background spanning both the PM and finance/ops side of an agency is a bonus
