📋 Description

• Architect innovative, scalable, and secure technical solutions aligned with customer business objectives • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client business models, technical needs, and growth goals • Engage customers to build trusted relationships, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions • Create Quotes and Statements of Work translating technical features into business benefits • Lead customer proof of concepts and lab demonstrations • Analyze and optimize solutions for scalability and long-term value • Identify competitive threats and craft differentiation messaging • Train internal teams on product demonstrations and demo environments • Partner with internal teams and technology vendors to ensure solution delivery and customer satisfaction • Maintain communication with sales teams and customers throughout the sales cycle • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities • Report performance through weekly and quarterly updates to leadership • Represent XTIUM as a technical expert and trusted advisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) • 5–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting within the IT managed services industry • Deep technical expertise in Cloud Solutions (DaaS, IaaS, Azure), Unified Communications (VOIP), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Managed Network Services, and Managed Security Services (MDR, XDR, EDR) • Proven ability to architect and design complex, scalable IT solutions aligned with customer business goals • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, security frameworks, networking, and cloud computing models • Demonstrated success translating technical concepts into business value through proposals, SOWs, and solution presentations • Excellent consultative selling skills focused on trusted advisor relationships • Proven experience leading POCs and delivering technical demonstrations • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines • Relevant technical certifications preferred, including Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or VMware VCP
