📋 Description

• Work as part of the business operations team to ensure compliance with proposal requirements • Review and prepare transition plans for submission to the government • Review and prepare staffing plans for submission to the government • Provide consulting and leadership support to AttainX for strategic planning, organization design, and process improvement • Deliver a weekly status report highlighting work performed, risks, and issues

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a USDA public trust clearance • US citizenship required • Master's degree in agriculture or related degrees relevant to the APHIS mission • 20+ years' experience in government program delivery • Demonstrated experience supporting USDA agencies • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
