📋 Description

• Manage and maintain Quality project trackers and milestone reports • Generate status updates and reports for Quality leadership • Request Statements of Work and track approval status • Track Purchase Order approvals and coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and vendors • Monitor PO status and maintain expenditure and contract documentation records • Support vendor onboarding and documentation requirements • Route quality-related documents through review and approval workflows • Ensure documentation is completed, approved, and archived according to procedures and quality standards • Maintain organized electronic records and tracking systems • Coordinate and submit sample shipment requests to testing facilities • Track sample shipments and confirm receipt • Collaborate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and external partners • Perform additional coordination and administrative duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience required • Degree in a scientific discipline such as Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field required • Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical-device environment preferred • Life-sciences Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience highly preferred but not required • Working experience with Smartsheets required • Experience in project coordination, operations support, quality systems administration, or related duties highly preferred • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience tracking projects, schedules, milestones, and deliverables • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
