📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact by phone and assist customers with general inquiries • Relieve our Sales team by handling customer inquiries outside the sales process • Research current order statuses in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments and ensure a seamless customer journey • Achieve your personal targets and the team’s goals with respect to quality and quantity • Help ensure customers receive their new car as quickly as possible — with our unique Glastruck delivered directly to their door!

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in dialog marketing / call centers or private customer service • You enjoy speaking on the phone and have a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style • You are a team player with a hands-on mentality • You bring a positive attitude and strong commitment to achieving self-set goals • Fluent German skills, spoken and written; English skills are an advantage, as is confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
