📋 Description
• Administer global equity compensation programs (e.g., stock options, RSUs, ESPP) from grant to vesting, exercise, and settlement • Perform monthly/quarterly audits and reconciliations • Monitor and ensure compliance with global regulatory, tax, and securities requirements • Support global employee communications and education regarding equity programs • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and external vendors • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Payroll, HR, Tax, and Treasury, as well as external service providers
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years stock administration experience in a US-based global public company • Bachelor’s degree • Experience with Workday and Equity Edge Online preferred • Familiarity with payroll processes impacting stock administration • Ability to work independently, self-starter and results-oriented • Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
