• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field preferred. • 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management; experience in chemical distribution or a related industry is a plus. • Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Proficient in CRM and digital sales tools. • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively. • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
