📋 Description

• Own and manage all customer communications throughout the project lifecycle • Schedule and facilitate internal and kickoff calls • Onboard the team and customers for project delivery • Create and manage project lifecycles using Jira boards • Provide regular project updates to leadership, customers, and AWS sellers • Review and approve delivery team timesheets • Update team allocation boards in Clockify • Own projects and drive successful delivery outcomes and customer satisfaction • Drive KPIs for budget, timely delivery, and CSAT scores of 8 and above • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Conduct project retrospectives as needed • Recognize scope changes and facilitate change orders • Track and drive project budgets and timelines • Manage a risk register and develop mitigation plans

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing AWS professional services engagements • Experience working with Jira for project management • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification preferred • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred • Familiarity with Clockify or similar time-tracking tools is a plus
