📋 Description

• Leading discovery, defining strategy, and driving roadmaps that strengthen our scalable product platform • Driving execution in ambiguity, maintaining momentum, making sound tradeoffs, and moving work forward decisively • Owning product outcomes, from problem definition through delivery and iteration, for mission‑critical, technically complex products • Shaping the product vision and strategy, setting clear product goals and KPIs • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver innovative solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MS, or equivalent) • Over 3 years of product management experience delivering technology‑driven products or platforms • Experience within the healthcare space is highly preferred • Proven experience launching and scaling new tech products in technology, financial services, healthcare technology, or top‑tier consulting, working on enterprise products. • Deep partnership experience with engineering, design, and data, with enough technical fluency to influence architecture, sequencing, and scalability decisions. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
