📋 Description

• Create scalable and maintainable test frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing • Work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage • Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide detailed reports • Maintain records of tests, inspections, and QA activities for compliance and continuous improvement • Develop test plans, scenarios, and cases from business, user, functional, and nonfunctional requirements • Participate in weekly planning and refinement meetings • Contribute to retrospectives • Use Azure DevOps for project planning and tracking • Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers to improve automation quality • Validate and document completion of testing and development processes for compliance • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and implement robust quality systems • Report to the Manager, Quality Assurance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years in software quality assurance, focused on automation testing • 8+ years of working test automation experience • 2+ years of experience with Playwright or similar • Strong programming skills in C# • Working knowledge of test management and manual/automated testing tools • Experience with regression, cross-browser, and functional testing • Working knowledge/experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar • Understanding of functional, integration, performance, and regression testing techniques • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively • Ability to provide insights on best practices and execute deadlines • Healthcare industry experience is a plus, not required • Candidates must pass a drug test before employment • Sponsorship is not available • Must satisfy U.S. employment eligibility verification requirements • Camera/video use is required for all virtual meetings
