📋 Description

• Define and lead an integrated, enterprise-wide marketing and communications strategy aligned to growth objectives and long-term value creation • Translate business priorities into executable roadmaps with ownership, outcomes, and ROI • Position Availity as a category leader through differentiated positioning, thought leadership, and market-shaping narratives • Lead omnichannel engagement and high-quality content creation across digital, field, video, social, and AI-driven channels • Champion AI, automation, advanced marketing technologies, experimentation, predictive insights, and emerging technologies • Evolve the marketing operating model for scalable growth • Establish metrics, dashboards, and performance visibility across marketing functions • Drive accountability for pipeline generation, revenue growth, and customer engagement • Design engagement strategies, events, and experiences that increase pipeline velocity and deepen relationships • Oversee end-to-end marketing strategy and execution • Partner with Go-To-Market on strategy, positioning, messaging, product growth, and competitive differentiation • Ensure a consistent brand experience across customer touchpoints and align marketing with sales • Advise on corporate communications, public relations, and executive messaging • Own enterprise crisis management and crisis communications • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team • Develop future leaders through coaching, mentorship, and stretch opportunities • Prioritize talent development, succession planning, and capability building • Partner with executive leadership and advise sales, product, and cross-functional leaders • Communicate strategies, performance, and investment decisions to executive leadership and the Board

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive roles • Proven success driving measurable growth in complex environments • Expertise across product marketing, digital marketing, brand, and communications • Demonstrated ability to build AI-enabled, high-performing marketing organizations • Strong track record leading transformation, scaling teams, and improving operational efficiency • Strong executive presence and experience influencing senior stakeholders and Boards • Knowledge of evolving marketing trends and competitive strategies in technology • Strong understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle and go-to-market alignment • In-depth knowledge of market intelligence and competitive positioning • Healthcare industry exposure preferred • Proven ability to improve market recognition through positioning, differentiation, and brand voice • Strong healthcare technology or technology experience • Demonstrated success modernizing marketing through AI, automation, and data • Sponsorship is not available; candidates must meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements • Must pass a drug test before beginning employment • Must be able to use a camera for all virtual meetings
