📋 Description

• Identify customer product needs and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and solutions to increase sales revenue • Support global sales channels and international customer networks through pre-sale and post-sale support • Assist customers with buying decisions and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities • Follow up on quoted opportunities • Provide engineering-level troubleshooting by phone, email, video, and on-site where applicable • Provide product documentation support • Create technical content such as customer self-service videos, white papers, and technical documentation • Collect insights from engineering and product management for complex scenarios • Collaborate with engineering and product management on new product development • Support on-site customer visits and tradeshow needs with the commercial team • Attend vendor and department trainings and meetings • Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement • Provide quotes and pricing and check item lead times • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited higher learning institution in science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific/engineering major), or a combination of education and experience • No minimum years of professional experience required • Internship, academic project, or coursework involving technical concepts highly preferred • Proficiency in scientific vocabulary and terminology • Ability to gain knowledge of fluid handling and bioprocessing applications • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to learn other software as needed • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines • Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong work ethic and ability to excel in a rapidly changing organization • Applicants must reside within the Mountain or Pacific time zones
