📋 Description

• Manage a diverse customer territory spanning multiple markets • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities • Expand existing accounts by aligning Avantor solutions with evolving customer needs • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and internal specialists • Analyze and confidently discuss sales performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience • 0 to 3 years of success in a complex B2B sales environment • Proven track record of meeting sales targets • Ability to apply structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Miller Heiman) • Comfortable engaging with business owners and senior decision-makers • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) • Proficient in Microsoft Office
