📋 Description

• Act as the primary support for the Managing Partner and the first point of contact for potential clients. • Manage communications, coordinate schedules, and guide leads through the intake process. • Manage and organize the Managing Partner’s inbox, flagging priority emails and drafting responses when appropriate. • Handle inbound calls from clients, partners, and vendors in a professional and empathetic manner. • Answer inbound calls and messages from potential clients during business hours using Lawmatics and PracticePanther CRMs. • Collect and organize intake documents such as arrest reports, warrants, or case details.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Executive Assistant (law firm experience preferred). • Skilled in intake calls, lead qualification, and follow-up communication. • Excellent multitasking, scheduling, and documentation skills. • Strong English proficiency with a polished, professional phone presence. • Experience using CRMs (Lawmatics, PracticePanther), Google Workspace, and VoIP tools. • High discretion when handling confidential or sensitive legal information.
