📋 Description

• Execute client projects as the primary project responsibility • Collect and analyze customer information to identify, recommend, and direct implementation of process, service, and efficiency improvements • Support clients, GIS operations, and applications • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs • Document business and user requirements, defining scope and objectives • Advise client management on procedures, policies, problems, priorities, and methods • Collaborate with clients and project teams using varied communication strategies • Support technical staff with project compliance and task completion • Define requirements-analysis scope, project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics • Apply PMI and PMBOK standards to project management activities • Maintain project schedules and analyze progress to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved • Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts for developers and project teams • Prepare project operational documentation and methods • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors • Assist customers with data modeling and system planning • Prepare customer-required status reports • Support business development through sales and proposal responses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Minimum of five years of consulting or project management experience • Five years of experience with GIS software such as Esri or Smallworld • Five years of experience understanding data modeling • Project management experience for utility and/or government/private-sector clients • GIS or engineering experience preferred • Advanced knowledge of GIS software and geospatial applications • Understanding of data modeling • Superior verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail • PMP, GISCI, or similar certification preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Employment visas will not be sponsored
