📋 Description

• You will manage a strategic portfolio composed of networks of real estate agents. • Maintain a strong relationship with network leaders. • Grow the revenue of your portfolio. • Support your contacts to maximize the use of AVIV solutions. • Manage and develop your portfolio. • Understand the structure and dynamics of each network. • Identify high-potential accounts and those requiring additional support. • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and contractual matters. • Organize regular meetings to monitor results. • Support network leaders in adopting AVIV solutions. • Identify complementary needs and propose appropriate offers. • Monitor the performance of your portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of Excel / analytical tools and reporting capabilities; • Proven experience in B2B portfolio management / negotiating framework agreements; • Comfortable handling high volumes, a fast pace, and negotiations within 1–2 months; • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly comfortable engaging with decision-makers; • Structured thinker, rigorous, autonomous, with the ability to take initiative; • Cross-functional perspective and ability to work in project mode with multiple stakeholders; • Minimum 3 to 5 years in Key Account / Account Management, ideally in a complex environment.
