📋 Description

• Develops, trains and supports distributor personnel • Conducts education events like refinisher meetings • Demonstrates safety awareness • Supports market activities and collaborates with the team • Completes ongoing trainings • Utilizes Axalta paint and material account management tools • Manages overall selling expense within designated budget • Remains current with industry trends • Demonstrates and fosters teamwork with peers

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, preferred • Minimum of 5 years of Industry experience • Valid Driver’s License, required • Good computer skills • Ability to prioritize work • Good understanding of body shop operations • Effective written and oral communication skills • Strong problem solving, time management and communication skills • Ability to sell, influence and negotiate with customers • Good interpersonal skills • Self-motivated • Business background/acumen and strong customer focus • Active listener
