• Oversee financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis across the organization • Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-range financial planning processes • Develop and maintain three-statement models, cash flow forecasts, scenario analyses, and strategic planning models • Deliver variance analyses and forward-looking financial insights for executive decision-making • Partner with operational, clinical, and corporate leaders to evaluate performance, risks, opportunities, and priorities • Monitor performance against internal KPIs and external market benchmarks • Prepare Board, Private Equity Sponsor, executive leadership, and lender reporting packages • Prepare executive presentations and financial analyses for strategic initiatives and business planning • Oversee revenue recognition and Accounts Receivable subledger reconciliation with the General Ledger • Analyze cash flow, operating expenses, profitability, and financial performance opportunities • Advise operational and corporate leaders by translating financial data into actionable insights • Research industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors • Partner with Analytics and Information Technology on reporting systems, data integrity, and analytical tools • Support financial due diligence for acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives • Prepare pro forma financial analyses and purchase accounting adjustments • Lead finance integration for acquired organizations • Lead reporting and consolidation of physician and variable compensation programs • Lead, mentor, and develop Finance team members • Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development to direct reports • Evaluate and enhance planning, reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes • Support implementation and optimization of financial systems and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required • MBA and/or CPA preferred • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related finance leadership roles • Experience within healthcare, private equity-backed organizations, or multi-site service organizations strongly preferred • Demonstrated leadership experience managing finance professionals and cross-functional initiatives • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis • Experience supporting lender reporting, cash flow forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, and post-acquisition financial integration preferred • Proven ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization and drive strategic financial decision-making • Strong business acumen connecting financial performance to operational outcomes • Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills • Executive-level communication and presentation skills • Strong understanding of healthcare financial operations, revenue cycle, and key performance indicators • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence business decisions • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools • Experience with enterprise financial systems and reporting technologies • Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms preferred • Collaborative leadership style with a continuous improvement mindset • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
