📋 Description

• Promote and sell Axis solutions and products • Build a strong partner landscape in a variety of Business Segments • Identify, recruit, and manage partners • Spend time in the field to educate partners through partner meetings, site surveys, seminars, trainings, webinars, and events • Work closely with the Sales Team to create the best possible sales process • Travel in the North and Center regions in Italy and sometimes internationally • Identify and manage strategic partners • Develop a business plan for the responsible area • Cooperate with both marketing team and the rest of the sales team to develop business • Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, academies, webinars, and other promotional sales activities • Support with trainings and partner events • Coach and train customers on new tools and/or new solutions launched to market • Set annual targets with your manager and continuously follow up on KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration/Engineering • 5+ years in the role of sales • Good understanding of 2 tier sales model • Strong account management and team-building skills • Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Experience in the IT industry • Knowledge of the physical or cyber security market will be an advantage • Fluency in Italian • Good understanding in English
