📋 Description

• Deliver in-person and virtual courses for internal and external customers and partners • Deliver customized training for key partners and customers on demand • Participate in and contribute to the development of KPIs related to attendance and training goals • Maintain the training centre and equipment • Conduct bi-annual planning of the Academy schedule with the sales team • Ensure consistent country-wide scheduling of courses for partners and customers • Conduct attendee surveys and improve the training program based on feedback • Serve as an Axis diplomat on training, new product initiatives, and at tradeshows • Maintain technical expertise on the Axis portfolio and incorporate new offerings, features, and knowledge into courses • Perform needs analysis for course development • Execute delivery with content generated by Academy stakeholders in the Americas and global headquarters • Generate new content to address strategic goals of the Canadian team and market • Assist in the technical development of internal personnel • Perform other related duties when assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable public speaker with strong presentation skills • Drive, determination and self-disciplined approach to achieving results • Excellent relationship management skills • Resourceful, flexible, and organized • Team player that can motivate and inspire others to achieve results • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to travel independently and productively • 5+ years related experience in training/professional development • 2+ years Network Surveillance/CCTV/Physical Security • Approximately 70% travel • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred • Current certifications such as Axis Certified Professional (ACP), PSP, or CPP are valued but not required • Fluent in French is valued but not required • Ability to occasionally lift 20–25 lbs. • Certain roles may require background checks
