📋 Description

• Strategic management and development of selected key accounts • Building long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers • Identifying up- and cross-selling opportunities • Conducting needs assessments, product presentations and workshops • Developing customer-specific solutions in collaboration with product and marketing teams • Creating account plans, forecasts and revenue strategies • Attending industry events, trade shows and client meetings • Monitoring relevant KPIs to ensure target achievement and quality

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or software environment • Proven expertise in managing and growing large existing accounts • Strong communication skills and professional negotiation abilities • Ability to quickly learn complex software solutions and present them clearly during the sales process • Experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot and Salesforce • Team player with a structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style • Fluent German and very good English language skills are ideal
