📋 Description

• Participate in a structured Store Manager training and bench program • Learn the organization and support store operations • Prepare to take ownership of a store as assignments become available • Lead store operations, teams, inventory, merchandising, and financial performance • Manage overall store results in a high-volume retail environment • Relocate and live/work within the assigned Caribbean or South Pacific region

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Store Manager experience within grocery, large-format retail, big-box, warehouse club, or similar high-volume environments • Experience leading large teams — ideally 70+ employees • Strong background in store operations, people leadership, inventory management, merchandising, and financial performance • Experience managing a high-volume retail operation with accountability for overall store results • Genuine interest and flexibility to relocate within the assigned region • Open to living and working anywhere within the assigned region • Must be able to work full-time
