📋 Description

• Execute installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance of rotating equipment and associated auxiliaries • Perform precision mechanical tasks including alignment, leveling, torquing, dimensional checks, and assembly/disassembly • Diagnose mechanical issues and collaborate with technical support teams to define corrective actions • Lead customer communication, site planning, daily coordination, and supervision of craft labor/subcontractors • Prepare Field Service Reports, daily logs, punch lists, and technical documentation • Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements, JSAs, toolbox talks, LOTO, and Permit-to-Work processes • Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, alignment, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and overhauls for compressors, gas turbines, and steam turbines • Work as the on-site technical lead at customer sites across oilfield, power generation, and industrial facilities

🎯 Requirements

• Technical diploma • At least five years of field experience with gas turbines, compressors, or other rotating equipment performing installation, inspections, or maintenance • Specialization in one or more compressor, heavy-duty gas turbine, aeroderivative gas turbine, or steam turbine technologies • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and follow OEM procedures • Proficiency with precision tools including laser alignment, borescope, micrometers, and dial indicators • Experience executing upgrades, NICs/TILs, or mechanical modifications • Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to work independently, analyze complex issues, and provide technical leadership with minimal supervision • Strong Health, Safety and Environmental mindset and commitment to quality standards • Willingness and ability to travel at least 70%, including internationally and offshore, without geographical restrictions • Current or previous TWIC card or eligibility to obtain one • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering • Preferred familiarity with optical or laser alignment systems, basic electrical testing, or in-situ winding repairs and rewinds • Candidates must be located in or near the listed locations
