📋 Description

• Responsible for supporting the business owners to lean the process • Designing and developing of generative AI models, including but not limited to LLMs, VLMs, GANs and Multimodal LLMs • Conducting and driving forward innovative research in the field of generative AI, leading the team in exploring new methodologies and technologies • Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new generative models into existing AI systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimizing performance • Developing and testing software components according to customer and technical requirements • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations on the impact of generative AI initiatives on the business • Contribute to the development and deployment of modern generative AI models, techniques and operational research to leverage the power of data to solve complex problems

🎯 Requirements

• Have a Master or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a specialization in generative models • Proven experience in the development and deployment of generative AI models • Proven experience in software programming languages, with a focus on Python, including AI libraries eg PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformer architecture • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different disciplines • Demonstrated skill at function in a team setting • Demonstrated awareness of critical thinking and problem solving methods • Demonstrated awareness of presentation and influencing skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems through innovation and creative solutions • Be a motivated self-starter that promotes teamwork and collaboration in a cross-functional environment
