📋 Description

• Lead the design phase for strategic accounts and coordinate workstreams to develop transformation roadmaps with robust business cases • Champion AI-driven transformation across client engagements • Identify opportunities for intelligent automation and agentic workflows to reshape front-office operations • Provide source-agnostic advice across MarTech, CRM, and Data stacks, including Adobe, Salesforce, and Snowflake • Support sales pre-sales activities by providing strategic insights and scoping engagements • Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer rosters • Coach clients’ change management programs to support adoption and optimization beyond implementation • Own strategic direction for critical global accounts • Engage directly with C-suite executives to design multi-year transformation roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Must have held dedicated advisory, consulting, or strategy roles in previous positions • Previous strategy or solution consulting experience within Marketing, CX, or Digital Transformation • Experience at a Big Four firm or specialized transformation boutique • Proven experience delivering transformation within the Financial Services sector • Broad knowledge across the Adobe ecosystem • Broad knowledge across the Salesforce ecosystem • Knowledge of centralized data infrastructure such as Snowflake • Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills • Ability to influence C-level stakeholders • Ability to work autonomously and think at a big-picture level
