📋 Description

• Oversee, coordinate, and execute strategic activities for support-designated program accounts • Maintain and regularly update customer program details and deliverables • Perform sales activities and follow-ups, including product loads and special order bidding, processing, and follow-up • Manage samples, including ordering client approval and delivery to photography • Provide merchandising and sourcing support • Conduct weekly negative Available-to-Promise (ATP) reviews • Review Performance Analysis Review (PAR) reports to ensure customer satisfaction • Set meetings with ownership and clients • Perform customer retention and recovery strategies • Interact with Purchasing and Production to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment • Evaluate customer feedback to determine the feasibility of adding or eliminating products • Interact with outside contacts and conduct site appointments in support of national efforts • Plan and execute program awareness activities and monitor results • Consult and plan with the VP of National Accounts when needed • Inform the VP of National Accounts of contract expirations and changes • Conduct customer awareness activities • Improve program KPIs within the PAR • Manage timelines and project-related activities and KPIs • Maintain client satisfaction scores • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Promotional Products industry experience is required • High School Diploma required • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager • Previous Sales experience required • Ability to interact with various department levels • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness • Microsoft Office experience • Excel proficiency • Project Management • Business Development • Sales Pipeline Management • Analytical skills
