📋 Description
• Review LNG Tank deliverables such as data sheets, specifications, and material requisitions • Lead LNG Tank design and evaluation • Coordinate assigned work with other technical personnel • Review equipment manufacturers’ or subcontractors’ design documents and prepare comments and recommendations • Participate in reviewing and checking designs, drawings, and data prepared by engineers, specialists, or suppliers • Apply engineering department procedures to projects • Apply design standards and guides applicable to LNG Storage Tanks • Foster a work environment based on openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• A recognized mechanical engineering degree from an accredited university • Registration as a Professional Engineer • 10 to 15 years of relevant LNG Storage Tank design experience • Experience in LNG project pressure equipment or in an operating LNG plant is considered an asset • Knowledge of industry/regulatory codes and standards such as CSA Z276, ASME, ASTM, API 620/625, etc. • Successful clearance of applicable pre-employment checks may include Criminal Background/Police Information check, Drug & Alcohol test, Reference checks, and submittal of Provincial Driver’s Abstract • Willingness to work from Bantrel offices in Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, or Toronto, or remotely within Canada
