📋 Description

• Performs quality assurance reviews for all MCI Revenue Cycle departments • Reviews All Pre-Registration, Clinic and Treatment Authorizations, and Billing activities • Follows HIPAA, AHCA, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines • Maintains confidentiality regarding work reviewed during audits • Performs other tasks as needed in an active work environment with changing work needs

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred • Two years minimum experience in a health care environment with knowledge of the revenue cycle (All Pre-Registration, Treatment and Clinic Authorizations, Billing, etc.) • Experience and knowledge of PC applications, including Office 365, Microsoft Office products MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, etc. • Must be very detail oriented, self-motivated and have excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills • Highly organized and able to effectively maintain multiple initiatives while driving sustainable operational changes • Demonstrate flexibility to perform other tasks as needed in an active work environment with changing work needs • Fosters and exemplifies high ethical standards and strategic practices to enhance the success of the organization • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software tools • High level of attention to detail • Self-motivation with an ability to work effectively within a team environment • Strong interpersonal skills in both customer and team interactions • Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding work reviewed during audits
