📋 Description

• Facilitate PI planning and Agile ceremonies • Coordinate dependencies across teams • Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement • Support alignment between business strategy and ART execution • Ensure compliance with Agile/SAFe principles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field/major OR Two (2) additional years of IT experience without a degree • Three (3) years of experience as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master • At least one (1) year as an RTE supporting enterprise COTS applications • Experience facilitating PI Planning and key Agile/SAFe ceremonies • Ability to coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams • Strong skills in identifying and removing impediments to team progress • Experience driving continuous improvement within an Agile Release Train • Knowledge and application of Agile and SAFe principles • Ability to align ART execution with business and mission strategy • Experience supporting enterprise COTS applications in an Agile environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional teams • Must hold and have an ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
