The platform is positioned as an enterprise SaaS used by post-acute and behavioral-health intake teams, with clinicians retaining final decision authority.

📋 Description

• Stand up the first ticketing system and define intake, triage, and escalation processes • Reproduce customer bugs, file them clearly for engineering, and close the loop with customers • Guide admissions coordinators through workflows • Provide enterprise support and handle escalations • Bring Product ranked lists of source issues • Pull SOC 2 control evidence in Drata and follow up on incomplete training • Write runbooks for future support hires • Own the support queue, enterprise escalations, incident communication, and facility onboarding • Expand ownership into internal help desk, MDM, SSO and access reviews, CrowdStrike, Drata and SOC 2 evidence, and employee compliance with HR • Eventually lead the team built around these functions

🎯 Requirements

• Customer obsessed • Steady under escalation • Technical enough to read a log, reproduce a bug, and hold your own in a conversation with engineers • Clear writing skills, including explaining technical situations to non-technical people in writing under time pressure • Comfortable with ambiguity • Motivated by impact • Willingness to own enterprise support, internal IT, endpoint and security tooling, and SOC 2 compliance responsibilities • Already authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
