📋 Description

• Create demand for BASF crop protection products with assigned growers • Serve as a trusted adviser in the agricultural industry • Establish business and agronomic plans with key growers • Act as the primary BASF contact for targeted growers • Establish partnerships with the BR and align strategic plans for targeted retailers and growers • Forecast brand sales with assigned customers and achieve financial goals • Cultivate relationships with local sales teams, technical service representatives, and strategic account managers • Develop and execute market strategies for new product launches • Execute market development, crop activities, and product positioning • Develop an annual area/territory plan covering business objectives, growth strategies, top customers, and action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Knowledge and previous sales experience with agronomics and chemistry • 8+ years of sales experience • Strong business acumen and agronomic skills for crop protection • Experience working well in a team environment with a positive attitude and creativity • Ability to successfully engage across the business • Strong computer skills • Experience with digital tools such as Salesforce • Must have a PCA license or be able to obtain it immediately • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
