📋 Description

• Gather and analyze business-system requirements with stakeholders and align them with organizational goals • Document business processes, functional requirements, and system specifications • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to define system functionality • Analyze workflows and identify process-improvement opportunities • Lead system-design activities tailored to business needs and technical requirements • Translate business requirements into functional specifications with developers and technical teams • Oversee implementation and integration of new systems with existing processes and technology • Support configuration, testing, and deployment of software solutions • Provide ongoing support and resolve business-system issues • Monitor system performance and identify functionality and user-experience improvements • Conduct post-implementation reviews and recommend improvements • Train business users and maintain system documentation • Lead or support cross-functional business-systems projects within scope, budget, and milestones • Provide project-status updates to senior management • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations • Analyze business data to support decision-making • Design reports, dashboards, and business-intelligence tools • Ensure accurate and actionable system data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • Relevant certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are a plus • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field • Experience with system implementation and process improvement • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions • Strong understanding of business operations and technology • Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications • Experience with enterprise applications and business intelligence tools is preferred • Proficiency in data analysis and data management • Experience with SQL, Excel, and reporting tools
