📋 Description

• Write compelling email copy aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives • Prepare creative briefs for design and content teams • Coordinate campaign assets and manage stakeholder review and approval • Build and QA email campaigns, including links, personalization, segmentation, images, and mobile responsiveness • Review email previews across devices and inboxes before deployment • Schedule and deploy campaigns according to the marketing calendar • Ensure campaigns meet brand, legal, and accessibility standards • Write SMS copy aligned with campaign messaging and brand tone • Build SMS campaigns and flows in Klaviyo • Schedule SMS campaigns and ensure proper audience targeting • QA SMS campaigns before launch • Compile and share weekly SMS performance reports • Analyze A/B test results and provide recommendations • Monitor open rates, click rates, conversions, unsubscribe rates, and revenue • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through testing and optimization • Maintain the email and SMS marketing calendar • Coordinate with Creative, Merchandising, and Marketing teams • Ensure assets and approvals are received before launch deadlines • Maintain campaign documentation and processes • Meet KPIs including on-time launches, minimal QA errors, engagement rates, revenue, timely reports, testing cadence, and setup/segmentation accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing • Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance mindset • Strong organizational and project management skills • Comfortable working with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) • Preferred: Experience with A/B testing and campaign analysis • Preferred: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email • Preferred: Experience with ecommerce or DTC brands • Preferred: Familiarity with email deliverability best practices
